Quality Care Resource and Referral Services Inc. dba Quality Care Services, Inc., is a 501(c)3 agency, with a mandate to provide early education and family support services in Cape May, Cumberland, and Gloucester counties. Working through strong partnerships with child care providers, parents and community stakeholders, Quality Care seeks to raise the delivery of early education services to the highest quality standards as defined by the state, Early Head Start and the National Association for the Education of Young Children

Quality Care Resource and Referral Services Inc. dba Quality Care Services, Inc., founded in 2009 by Susan T. James, President and CEO, provided child care resource and referral services for six years and has redirected its energies from referrals to working directly with child care providers. The goal is to achieve a greater impact in support of high quality early education services to children birth to three years. Agency staff now include Early Education, Mental Health and Disabilities, Social Work, Nutrition and Nursing professionals.
